Short, because there isn’t much to say.

What we collect. If you join the club, we keep your email address. That’s it. We don’t run ads, sell lists, or track you across other sites.

Where it lives. Email signups are handled by Substack, so their privacy policy applies to how the list is stored. Event RSVPs happen on Luma under theirs.

What we send. Meetup invites, occasional notes from the bench, and the odd interesting little thing. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works.

Analytics. We use cookie-free, aggregate page analytics to see which parts of the site people read. No personal data, no cross-site tracking.
